Traffic Jam on
As of 6am, Sunday, Clear Laguna Canyon Road from the I-405 into Laguna Beach. Since last October there has been considerable construction work on the #133, resulting in major slow in and out traffic, as there is only one lane, in each direction. It is only 8 miles from the #405 into & out of Laguna Beach, but can take over an hours during mornings and evenings.
