Accident on I-15 NB

Driver 'fell asleep' and crashed vehicle. Ran off the road just past exit 93 but before exit 100. Driver was under the influence of narcotics. Black Chevy HHR with expired NV plates 238 S50 belonging to James Marquez who left the scene of the accident and will not disclose who was in the vehicle along with himself and two small children. Unknown of vehicle's occupants well-being.
