Traffic so bad it's a standstill, 1 1/2 hours to drive 8 miles, use old 91 to bypass to St George Utah, No accident reoprted on Adot, what is the problem Adot? One lane closure cannot cause this backup, yet No AHP patrol to help anything. Beyond Mad about this
