Accident on I 40.
I wanted to report the horrible accident at milemarker 10. I 40 EAST BOUND. There was a semi on the shoulder. Another semi lost control and plowed into the back of the parked semi. It JUST happened. My fiance had to swerve not to hit rear truck. And was 911 caller. Very very very small chance rear driver has survived. Please pray.
