Black ice everywhere
From ashland ky to Prestonsburg ky us23 is nothing but black ice the salt isn't working they will be bad wrecks they need to close the highway to emergency only!! It's the worst I've ever seen and I'm a commercial driver.. no one should get out now or in the morning..
