Standstill for 30 mins heading nnwbefore turning around
Traftic jam around 2:30 pm on the 28th of June 2019 on Hwy 16 sat on my Harley for thirty mins before turning around what the heck was happening? An accident? Construction? No flaggers alternating lanes.
